Mia has called my attention to the need for a bigger gathering with our elves, so they can introduce themselves formally to one another and so we'll have a more 'united' idea of what our elves know of this new place and each other. I think we should do that now after the timejump, so all new players can join in. The elves who first arrived probably know each other a little now, having hung out for four days, but they might not have had an official 'gathering' yet, what with trying to stay alive and get food (as well as talking about the human "threat") having taking priority. I'll be starting a thread for that in the "Outside" part of the game threads, soon-ish. I want to e-mail players who're currently on hiatus to see if they have something to add about their elves or if they want to jump back in again, before we start posting. Just so you know what you should look for, the thread will be called the same as this, "Gathering time!"  |

The thread is up over here! Go and have your elf formally introduce themselves  Also, have a look at the crude not-at-all-to-scale map below (which also got turned around all weird, since the mountain isn't south and the forest isn't north, oh well). The fire is not that big. I just wanted to have plenty of space to put in dots. Elves added (strike means they've left the firelight): - Badger (black) - Choice (pink) - Edgerunner (light blue) - Jaseio (purple) - Juniper (green) - Keleero (blue) - No-Sting (red) - Reefshadow (white) - Rokuta (brown) - Panaetha (dark grey) - Silverthorn (light green) - Slinker (light grey) - Sunset (red/brown, Su) - Swift-Wind (light pink, SW) - Tinder (yellow)  |

Tinder is probably beside Choice, left or right doesn't matter. Slinker would probably sit a bit back from the fire, but close enough to keep warm with Ash around him. I'd say he's likely near Tinder.

Jaseio might sit somewhere between No-Sting and Keleero, probably closer to Keleero than No-Sting Rjúkandi is probably grassing somewhere around where the circle of light ends :b |

Jaseio has been added as a purple dot in-betweeen Keleero & No-Sting! Thanks for letting us know where Rjúkandi is hanging out.
Choice's Dance & Sneak are cuddling with him, No-Sting's Oddspot is sitting close to her, wary of the fire, and probably grooming Sunset's cheetah kitten if Sunset is anywhere close.

Pana will be directly opposite Slinker, wanting to keep her eye on him...so either side of Keleero would be fine. Greywing may or may not be in this thread. Additionally, do we know if any of those who haven't logged in in awhile will be returning, like Silverthorn? |

Rokuta will sit between Keleero and Choice, closer to Keleero than to Choice (and his "Squirrels"  ) I'll write as soon as I can, but this weekend tends to be busy... |

Oki! I'll edit the image tomorrow when I'm back at my computer.
As for players on hiatus, I've recently heard from Silverthorn's player so I'm counting him as being at the gathering. Vareesi's and Goldenbraid's players I haven't heard from in a while, thus I count their elves as still 'being out hunting'.

Badger would most likely settle next to No-Sting.
Juniper would most likely remain on the shelter's side of the fire.

Good to hear Patty is doing okay under the circumstances.
Silverthorn's player Joan e-mailed me recently saying she's getting back into the swing of things.
Anna, Swift-Wind's player, I have regular contact with and she's gearing up to get back in the game (she's been through a rough time as well, but is feeling better).

Edgerunner has gotten a green dot next to Juniper and across from Jaseio! I've also added Swift-Wind between No-Sting and Tinder. Now we're only missing Sunset, Reefshadow and Silverthorn. |

Sunset is probably on Choice's other side, but back a little ways so as to be in shadow but still close enough for fire warmth.
Reefshadow is likely up against the wall, between the shelter and the entrance to the caves.
