Personality: Having been without elfin company for years Choice can come off as clingy and intrusive. He wants to spend time with other elves at all times possible, and he can ask some invasive questions without meaning to. He's eager to please and will avoid conflict at all costs.
Appearance: Choice has very dark skin, a wide nose and high cheek bones. Height: 4'
Hair: Black, very curly hair. Kept short.
Eyes: Wide and round, light brown
Clothes: Simple tunic and trousers, both grayish brown. No shoes.

History: Choice grew up just as humans were returning to the land of The Long Legs. Not understanding the threat the five-fingers posed, Choice (then Pebble, a youth of only 19 years) convinced his younger cousin Mane, a cub of only 14, to go exploring.
It ended badly, for both. Mane was taken by humans and tortured to death. Choice managed to escape with some scars, but had Mane's death on his conscious. For his recklessness and because he led his cousin into death, Choice was given a new name (to remind him of how poorly he makes decisions) and banished from the tribe, for life.
Luckily, Choice had a bond, Ruffle, who was set on survival for both her and her elf-friend. She pulled him through the worst years and once she past Choice was too set on living to let himself waste away. He's dared to return to his tribe three times since his banishment and nearly got killed one of the times. He loves his bond-friend, but he's desperate for elfin company.
