History:
Rokuta lived a peaceful life, without many problems. His mother died when he was 20 Floodings (10 Years) old of marsh fever, an illness against which no healing is known in his homeland. After that he was the pride of his father Soruyu, who trained him very well in trapping. In the younger Koya, a child from a nearby living family, he found a playmate and even something like a brother and the two enjoyed many adventures in their family’s part of the mangrove forest. After his 50 Flooding (25 Years) he decided to live on his own, like many young people and went with little package away from home, to explore the ever-changing forests and flat islands on his own, in hope of finding a lifemate somewhere and to create a homeplace. The bond to his brother-in-mind never broke; they kept in touch via Sending and visited each other every few years. Around his 160 Flooding (80 Years) he discovered his magic and started to train this on his own, getting a good feeling for that over the time. Time passed and the young boy learned to live on his own quite well, but hasn’t found a lifemate and a homeplace yet. While he was sleeping in a raft on a trip to another, bigger island of mangroves he disappeared and found himself in a very unfamiliar place.
