FarSight glanced toward the cave and then back to Tambri and the wolves along with the body they'd just uncovered. He moved over to help them after glancing back once more at the covered sled.
**We can fit 4 more if you're about my size... it'll be slower getting back since we only have one wolf to pull, but it shouldn't take too long. Not enough to worry about the blizzard... if it gets to be too much we can build a shelter pretty quickly.**
He already knew he would have to have the backpack on his back instead of tied to the sled. He finally arrived to Tambri's side and helped her to carefully carry Edgerunner's body down into the cave.
"We shouldn't stay... we have no idea how long this storm will last... and the one we have on the sled already is unconscious... this storm is similar to the one I was in when I arrived here..."
His voice trailed off. If he hadn't seen the fact he was on a mountain he would have believed this was the tundra. They'd be closer to the Human village than home and he'd have suggested going there. But being that he hadn't been traveling near a mountain but across a flat tundra, the only logical choice was to turn back.
He really wasn't going to be able to go home was he? And his arrival was already blackened by a death. He was glad he still had his face mask covering his face, the bone eye mask blocking his eyes from view. Hiding his sudden emotional response to the truth.. Bundled as he was in heavy fur clothes he seemed to be the only one prepared for prolonged time in the snow. If what he heard back in the cave was true, some of the elves here had never experienced a winter like this.
They would die if they stayed.
**We... we need to get back quickly...**
Ooc: just to kind of elaborate... he feels that the group was inadequately prepared because his tribe comes from a tundra where blizzards are common and freezing temperatures are the norm. Finding the group disagreeing about how to handle being trapped in the snow had him worried, in addition to the condition of those here, who were not wearing heavy outer clothes like him.
To give a visual he looks a lot like an Inuit in how he is dressed. His dark hair is about all that might be seen from under the hood but for the most part, he is completely covered.
