Here I've posted a (badly drawn) map of the places we've explored. Anyone can use this map, add to it, re-draw it or make "zoomed in" maps of places we've been or places you feel needs depicting. If you need a larger version of this map, just tell me and I'll send it to you!

Will there be a river or a spring of some kind in there, or are we free to invent as we go? What will be an strict no-no in the surroundings (I would guess that things like active volcano will not be appreciated)?

We're in an environment much like the high coast of north Sweden (since that's an area I know well, having grown up there, and it fit with what we were discussing about the environment earlier), so a river or even big rapids are very likely to be around somewhere. Big no-nos? Hmm, let's see... No humans dwellings this close to the mountain, no running into trolls this early (but seeing traces of them somehow is perfectly fine) and no going completely against the climate (i.e. running into a desert in the middle of the forest, finding tropical plants, such logic stuff). Other than that, go nuts EDIT: Started a crude crude map in the environment discussion: beaconcallholt.freeforums.net/thread/9/environment?page=1&scrollTo=116

I made a map of the caves for us, with guidance from our lovely admin :3 When details are slowly added to the interior of the caves it will be added accordingly to the map I hope you all like it! uwu And yes, it's made with pencils :3 I sadly don't have anything fancy on my computer for touch-ups

My dear sister Ellen drew this fantastic map of what the caves look like right now! As you can see, the entrance is somewhat bendy and as two furs strung up to block out as much of the cold as possible. You enter into the Beacon Room, where you can see the Beacon glowing and there's now a firepit in the middle of the room. The tunnel to the left ends in a cave-in, so I assumed this was as good place as any for our elves' to use for storage. To the right we have the Sleeping Chamber (as named by Keleero). There he has shaped 9 stone bed-bowls that you can fill with furs to get a fairly comfortable night's (or day's) sleep. Wouldn't recommened sleeping in them without furs though Further in, you see our lovely new hot spring! It has started to get statues and decoration on its walls, but they aren of course not visible on this map. The reason the tunnel there is so round-about and not straight forward is because there are weaknesses in the rock that prevent a more straight tunnel being shaped.

Eryk most likely has worked in the Beacon room during the winter, if the rest of the group just has allowed that. By better weather, he has carved and made things by the entrance, often leaving spares for others to grab onto.
As soon as the spring arrived, Eryk has patrolled up north from the Beacon and claimed a place nearby the river.
